Fabulous penthouse, beautifully decked out with everything you could wish for!! The views are superb and it was lovely to drink them all in from the balconies or inside.
Our friend is not too clever on his feet so it was perfect to drive into the garage & get the lift. It all worked extremely well.

Amazing apartment with great views and walking distance to the sea and restaurants. The hosts really took the time out to equip the apartment with all the essentials you need and more! We had a lovely family holiday and highly recommend this place to everyone! Responsive and friendly hosts - you will not be disappointed! Will definitely be visiting again.

Excellent apartment with fantastic views. Kelly was a friendly and helpful host who provided lots of nice extras to make the stay easier and more comfortable e.g. shower gels, tea, coffee, cooking supplies etc. Very useful guide book on arrival and easy accurate check in process. what an amazing stay. The apartment is beatiful, all the high class touches you want, spotlessly clean, amazing views, private, quiet. comfy beds, a wonferful find. The underground gated carpark is great, plenty of space for our SUV, lift is roomy which takes you up to your front door on 3rd floor. The views from the living area really are beautiful and the balcony is spacious, big enough for 4 to sit out comfortably. Loads to do and some great places to eat Harbour 16, Small World Tapas both stood out and both within 10 mins max of apartment. We absolutley loved it, one of the best airbnb we have stayed in. 10 out of 10

Perched on the cliff (can't think of abetter word), this high standards apartment has stunning views across the beach and harbour during the day and night. The large balcony was fantastic to sit on and relax with a drink whilst taking it all in. A bit of a walk up to the apartment from the beach front which was made easier by cutting through the garden onto the rock walk pathway. The secure underground parking was a bonus too! Overall, really enjoyed staying here.

For the second year running we have not been disappointed booking through VRBO. You think, will this apartment live up to the pictures on the website. When we walked in We just said, Wow!! We loved everything about the penthouse and the views were spectacular. Everything about the holiday went smoothly from check in to check out.

What a wonderful week! Kelly’s apartment is sparkling clean and absolutely beautiful; pristine decoration, fantastic kitchen with everything you could ever need and more, beautiful bedding and towels, luxurious beds and bathrooms, and a wonderful living room with that spacious balcony and incredible views. Even better than the photos. You can watch the boats come and go, watch the sun go down with a glass of wine and listen to the waves on the beach. Everything is within very easy walking distance. Torquay is a fantastic place for a holiday, but even if the weather isn’t kind to you, you won’t feel disappointed as staying in this beautiful apartment felt like a holiday in itself! Not to be missed!!

Wow, what a fantastic place to stay. The whole apartment is amazing and luxurious. The view is out of this world from the balcony that alone is worth staying here. It is by far the best place we have stayed when it comes to quality and comfort. The blankets are a great touch if you want to sit on the balcony and it's a bit chilly, as you do not want to miss out on sitting on that balcony. We would absolutely love to come back here again.

We enjoyed our stay in Kelly's apartment and would thoroughly recommend. The pictures can't really do the scale of view from the balcony justice, it's really fabulous rain or shine from a surprisingly high aspect due to the cliff. I don't think you can pay to enjoy a ?? anywhere better in Torquay! The apartment is spacious, very well equipped and comfortable. Kelly & Dee were very helpful and very quick to respond. In fact we ended up staying in the apartment at the last minute due to a cancelled international flight, Kelly was by far the quickest to respond and best communicator of all the airbnbs we contacted.

Perfect for a couple for a few nights by the coast. Absolutely stunning apartment overlooking the sea. Within walking distance of many restaurants and the life of Torquay (if you don't mind steps!). The apartment itself was so fresh and modern, gorgeously laid out, had the sun on the balcony, with the comfiest blankets for chillier times. Only note is that being so high up, the main bedroom is noisy when windy, but the second bedroom is just as lovely AND has an ensuite. Would highly recommend and stay again.

The flat is beautiful and the views are stunning. Being able to sit out on the balcony and look at the sea was definitely the highlight for us. Kelly was extremely responsive and helpful and made sure that someone else was available at all times should we need anything. I would not hesitate to recommend the apartment to anyone wanting to explore Torquay and the surrounding area.

Kelly’s apartment was an absolute delight. My partner and I decided to go away for New Year’s Eve and take a few days by the sea. Obviously weather is always unpredictable in January but it was great to see how it changed over the bay over the 3 days. It was very dramatic when it was stormy and serenely beautiful when it was sunny. I can only imagine how lovely it is in Summer. The apartment itself was immaculate! Everything was pristine and very comfortable. The bed linen and towels were the best quality, and plentiful. There was an abundant supply of toilet rolls, shampoo/soap etc, and I stupidly forgot to bring cotton pads to remove my makeup only to find plenty in the bathroom cabinet along with other useful cosmetic supplies such as cotton buds. I, myself own an Airbnb rental property and am generous in supplies but Kelly’s was next level! The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped too. The flat is perfectly located, and a delight to return to after being out all day.

Everything was as described and better. The flat was spotless and everything was provided. Information folder was the best I’ve seen in terms of the flat and it’s amenities as well as the best way to get to town. The views were amazing and you could sit on the balcony and watch the world go by all day long. Would definitely visit again and was worth every penny.

What a lovely holiday and such an amazing apartment to stay in. We arrived and followed the clear instructions to enter the underground car park and lift to the apartment. Once inside, every room was spotless and just like the photos. The well stocked kitchen, better than any other Airbnb weve stayed in, was great to cook a variety of meals. Our little boy was mesmerised by the view from the balcony and loved pointing out the boats and airplanes going by. Such a great location with the beach just a several minute walk away but only a short hop to Paignton or Brixham. Kelly was a fantastic host who clearly communicated with us before and at the end of day. I cant recommend this place enough! Thank you so much Kelly!

Very cosy. Excellent bay views from room and balcony. Very clean. Well decorated. Enough amenities. We wish we could stay longer.
